We had a great turn out to our DAIRY DIVA activity last night. We demonstrated mozzarella, string cheese, ricotta cheese, and bottled butter. We have started a list of 12 ladies in order to get the discount from cheesemakingdotcom for the beginner starter kit (which makes about 40 pounds of cheese) Normally this would cost $25 and would be $12.50 after the discount. Leave us a comment or an e-mail if we can count you in. We talked a little about the fantastic talk given to us at the adult meeting of stake conference by patriarch Taylor on self reliance. Together as Relief Society sisters, we are working on the skills to become more knowledgeable, creative, and self reliant. We also wanted to add this link to learn how to make your own yogurt in a crockpot.
Jennifer said her sister has been sucessful so we are very excited to try it out.

Just wondering what the Enrichemtn committee would like my help on for the 24th?? I signed up to help with food, but not sure if I am needed?? No problem if you have it all worked out - just thought I would check - THANKS!
